When does my discount start?Immediately. Sign up at the counter or online, and the 20% comes off your next oche booking, including one you've already made.

Can I cancel any time?Yes. Rolling monthly, cancel any time before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. No penalty, no notice period.

Do I save by paying annually?Yes. Pick the 12-month option at sign-up and you pay for ten months and get twelve. Same perks, bigger up-front.

How do Pair and Squad work?One person pays. Each additional member fills in their own sign-up details and gets their own unique membership number, so every member gets the full discount on every visit.

Does the discount stack with happy hour?Yes. Members get the better of the two prices automatically. We don't play the either-or game.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?Anytime, both ways. Going from Solo to Doubles or Team is pro-rated for the current month, with no admin fees.

Is there a sign-up fee?None. No joining fee, no admin fee, no kit you have to buy. Just the monthly or annual subscription.
